All delivered platforms are covered by a standard three-month post-launch SLA at no additional cost — including critical incident response, bug fixes, and performance issue resolution. Extended SLA agreements (12 to 24 months) are available and used by most clients who do not maintain a significant internal engineering team.
The majority of our engagements are priced as fixed-cost contracts based on the scoped requirements — providing clients with cost certainty from the outset. We also offer time-and-materials arrangements for projects where the scope is genuinely less defined at the point of engagement.
